1. Introduction

By accessing our website, enrolling in any program, making payment, or joining any SPM community, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Nature of Our Services

SPM Finance Hub provides:

  • Educational courses

  • Mentorship sessions

  • Business advisory

  • Investment readiness guidance

  • Access to finance-related communities

SPM does NOT:

  • Manage client funds

  • Act as an investment company

  • Provide regulated brokerage services

  • Guarantee profits or returns

All services are strictly educational and advisory in nature.

3. No Financial Guarantee

You acknowledge that:

  • Trading (forex & stocks) involves significant risk.

  • Business growth and funding outcomes vary.

  • Past results shared in testimonials do not guarantee future performance.

SPM shall not be liable for:

  • Trading losses

  • Investment losses

  • Business losses

  • Personal financial decisions made based on our content

You are solely responsible for your financial decisions.

4. Payments

All payments are:

  • Processed securely via Kora Pay

  • One-time payments unless otherwise stated

  • Non-transferable

SPM does not store your card or banking information.

Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Payments are non-refundable once access to materials or community has been granted.

  • Refunds (if approved) are granted at the sole discretion of management.

5. Community Access & Conduct

Upon payment, you may gain access to private communities (e.g., WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, etc.).

You agree:

  • Not to share paid materials outside the community

  • Not to harass, spam, or solicit members

  • Not to misrepresent SPM publicly

SPM reserves the right to remove any member without refund for misconduct.

6. Intellectual Property

All content including:

  • Videos

  • Workbooks

  • Presentations

  • Frameworks

  • Logos

  • Brand materials

Are the intellectual property of SPM Finance Hub.

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or resale is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law:

SPM Finance Hub shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Trading or investment losses

  • Business failures

  • Technical platform interruptions

Your use of our services is at your own risk.

8. Modifications

SPM reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of services after updates constitutes acceptance.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
